CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Form of co-operation:ad-hoc
The reservation in written form is possible to cancel without penalty within 30 days before group arrival. For later cancellation following conditions are valid:
Groups - i.e. 15 persons and more:

| 13-08 dní před příjezdem | 50% první noci |
| 07-02 dny před příjezdem | 75% pobytu |
| 01 noc - nedojezd | 100% pobytu |
Individual
- the reservation in written form by individuals can be cancelled without penalty 2 days before arrival.
- in case of cancellation 1 day before arrival or in case of accommodation absence the penalty in the level of 100% of a 1st night price is to be paid.
In case of accommodation absence of the client or cancellation by reason of force major is penalty no applied or the payment of penalty is after agreement paid by both contract partners.
Written order has to contain exact address and name of the customer, date of its exposure, number of order, identification and tax numbers, bank connection, eventual printout of Trade Registration or copy of Trade Certificate.
Before beginning of each action the advance invoice due before the action starts will be drawn. After termination of action the final invoice for realized services will be set up by hotel accounting department or the final settlement will be done in the hotel reception.
