The voucher can be used for accommodation and other services of the SEN hotel, including the restaurant.
You can use the voucher for wellness only in combination with hotel services (accommodation or restaurant).
The voucher is valid until the last day of the respective month.
Before using the services, please always come to the hotel reception first, where you can present the printed voucher or show it to us on your mobile phone.
The voucher must be redeemed (used) within the validity period stated on the voucher. The voucher is redeemed when it is used to pay for the services ordered. You are not redeeming your voucher when booking a service.
The voucher must be used once, i.e. during one visit to the hotel.
