Need to leave later? We are ready for it. Just pay an extra of CZK 500 for Late check-out until 2 pm – available depending on the current occupancy of the hotel.
What are your hygiene measures?
The safety and health of our guests and staff is our top priority, which is why we take appropriate hygiene measures when operating the hotel, restaurant and spa:
• Disinfection is available for customers at the reception and throughout the premises.
• Our staff disinfects exposed surfaces on a regular basis.
• Table linen is minimised due to complete disinfection of surfaces (tablecloths on tables, linen napkins, etc.).
• We kindly ask people with a respiratory issue fever or elevated temperature to postpone their visit (this is also written in our operating rules).
• We are part of the STAY SAFE programme
Can I bring my cat or dog?
Please do not bring pets such as cats, parrots, lizards, snakes or turtles. Regarding pets, our door is only open for dogs. You are welcome to come with a dog. Just pay an extra 500 CZK/night for small and medium breeds and 1000 CZK/night for large breeds. You will find the list of breeds here.
Can I take my dog to the restaurant and wellness?
For hygienic reasons dogs cannot enter the wellness and the restaurant.
What if I need a gluten-free diet?
If you are gluten sensitive or have any other food intolerance, please let us know when booking your stay, or at the latest when checking in at the reception. Our staff will be aware of it and take your eating habits into account.
Can I go to the gym and squash as a guest who is not accommodated?
The gym and the squash court are open to hotel guests only.
Do I need to have a printed voucher with me?
Vouchers issued by Infinit Sen: please present the original, printed voucher upon your check-in.
Vouchers issued by Maximus Resort a.s., Hotel Sen: A printed voucher will make your check-in considerably quicker, so it’s better if you have it with you. A digital voucher can be of course also presented.
What about access to children’s wellness?
Children can enter the wellness as soon as they reach a height of at least 145 cm.
Can you reserve a parking space for me?
It is not possible to reserve a parking space, but there are plenty of parking spaces available by the hotel.
